An Umbrella Prayers Workshop is interactive and fun! You’ll receive profound biblical teaching and opportunities to connect with God and each other. In a workshop each woman receives the Umbrella Prayers full color spiral bound workbook and a custom painted umbrella.
A workshop begins with a brief biblical teaching of Psalm 77 and personal testimony. All aspects of an Umbrella Prayers Workshop are broken down into 15-20 segments and include individual time of reflection and small group time of sharing. Using colored markers, paper and individual umbrellas each woman crafts her own umbrella prayer during the workshop. This is always a fun part of the workshop as it’s truly a form of worship as we focus on who our God is and praise him for it.
The ideal time frame for an Umbrella Prayers Workshop is 2-3 hours and can be spread out over a weekend retreat or all in one long session with a break.
Melody is available to lead an Umbrella Prayers Workshop at your church group or women’s event or you can lead one yourself using the Umbrella Prayers digital leader guide which walks you through every detail of how to lead your own Umbrella Prayers Workshop.
